We unfortunately had an initial hick-up on our first day, but this was delt with by the Reception Manager in an excellent way. On the whole, a great couples' stay hotel/location. Close to the park and an easy walk into Richmond centre. Thankfully there are still guests who are polite in the spa area. Girlie groups appear to believe the quiet room is a loud conversational area or incapable of sitting on a towel (with a wet swin suit) that other guest can also enjoy their stay. Staff are very polite and breakfast is more than is required. Ample parking and as a whole very much value for money.

I stayed at the Richmond Harbour Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. We went specifically for a couples retreat and to make use of the spa facilities, and the spa certainly did not disappoint — the treatments we had were fantastic. I’d highly recommend it. The majority of the facilities were great, but there were three small things that left us a bit disappointed: 1. Parking: I expected parking to be limited in a London location, but Harbour Hotels now use a third-party model where parking is paid for. Personally, I don’t think this is acceptable when you’re already paying for a stay and a room. Parking for our one-night stay cost just under £40. 2. Showers: The bathroom layout and water pressure mean the showers tend to flood the floor. It’s not a huge problem, but it does make things a bit messy and tricky to manage during use. 3. Mini-bar: The mini-bar wasn’t as well stocked as other Harbour Hotels I’ve stayed at. This points to a wider issue around how Harbour Hotels standardise the guest experience while still leaving room for individuality. Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful stay. The spa and overall atmosphere made it a perfect couples retreat, and I’d happily return.

Nice hotel, lovely spa. And critically, the service; I got a parking fine there due to a misunderstanding. I called up and they were helpful and got it cancelled. That kind of service makes a difference and is appreciated.

I have used the spa many times, returning with friends or for solo spa days. The booking process and reminder call the day before is friendly and efficient, the spa clean - albeit compact- and the treatments are wonderfully relaxing. Whilst the outdoor hot tub can be busy, they tend to become available without too much of a wait. I would highly recommend a spa day here, followed by a spot of lunch / dinner in the restaurant.

I had an exceptional stay at Harbour Hotel Richmond. The hotel was spotless and my room was spacious with all the amenities I needed. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service from the restaurant manager, Virenti. He welcomed me warmly and genuinely elevated my experience with his impeccable hospitality. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall it was a truly fabulous stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I was absolutely delighted with my recent stay at the hotel! The room was just gorgeous, the service was great too, really friendly staff, always happy to help. I really enjoyed breakfasts, good choice of cooked breakfast options. The dinner was very nice too. The location is superb for those who want to enjoy the park, just 2 minutes walk. The tube and the Railway stations are within walking distance. The SPA was a special treat!

On 4th match i booked full day spa, with 25 pounds to eat in the restaurant the gate included. Morning started well, spa smells nice, and it is very nice atmosphere. Quite as i like. When it was the moment for the restaurant i went to THE GATE. Very nice restaurant , clean , but the service is awful. I was trying to order a burger , someone took my order and after almoat 10 minutes came to me to tell me all burgers was sold. As a professional would be nice to tell in advance what you dont have. All because i guess the burger was the cheapest on the menù and with 25 pounds woucher i was able to eat a sweet too. Waited over 30 minutes for food, not acceptable while the female managers or maybe owner seating beside me got the food earlier. I came to relax, i want to order food , eat ,and go to pool again. Need more professionalism, more training, more connection. A bit more of everything. Im giving 4 stars because spa is truly cute
